The challenge: Grainger is a traditional company steeped in heritage. Their new sub-brands for their build-to-rent marketing pages and portal needed to appeal to a younger demographic whilst respecting the tradition and pride of the parent brand.
The solution: We built the client a marketing site for their new build-to-rent property Hawkins & George that felt modern and fresh whilst still sitting within the framework of the existing brand. We kept the original design language of Grainger although added flourishes of modern shapes and gradients to tastefully unite the conflicting markets. A portal for tenants was created alongside this so that they could have the ability to carry out tasks such as book a cleaner or report a fault in their flat. We also built a component library and CMS so that Grainger could easily spin up a new marketing sites for future build-to-rent properties.
